These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of sextflirt.com (the "Site"). By opening the Site, creating an account, or interacting with any part of it, you tell us you have read these Terms and agree to follow them. If you don't, please close the tab and move on.

We sometimes revise the Terms. When we do, the updated version replaces the previous one as soon as it's published on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new version.

1. YOU MUST BE AN ADULT

sextflirt.com is strictly for adults. You may only use the Site if you are at least 18 years old, and also at or above the age of legal majority wherever you happen to be. If adult content is illegal to access in your country, state, or region, the Site is not for you and you must leave now.

By using sextflirt.com you confirm you meet the age requirement and that viewing sexually explicit material is legal for you personally.

Zero tolerance for minors. Any profile, avatar, bio, status, comment, chat message, or linked account suggesting a minor is involved will be removed on sight, the account terminated without warning, and the material reported to NCMEC and relevant authorities. This is non-negotiable and unappealable.

2. WHAT SEXTFLIRT.COM ACTUALLY IS

sextflirt.com is where adults find people to sext with. Members create a profile with a Blush avatar, a short bio, and a status, and point visitors to their own usernames on platforms such as Snapchat, Kik, TikTok, Telegram, OnlyFans and similar services. We are a discovery layer. We are not:

  • a dating app, matchmaker, escort service, or introduction agency;
  • a private messenger, there are no DMs or private inboxes; the only chat we host is the public live chat described in section 8;
  • a live-streaming or broadcasting service; the cams section is a directory of streams hosted and operated by third parties;
  • a photo or video hosting service; members can't upload photos or videos (see section 4);
  • a payment processor, marketplace, or tipping platform;
  • the provider of the external platforms or creator profiles we link to.

What happens after someone leaves sextflirt.com for an external service is entirely between those users and that service. We have no access to, or visibility into, those interactions.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

You can browse the Site without an account, but creating a profile, posting a status, leaving comments and gifts, and managing your profile require you to register.

  • We use passwordless sign-in (magic link email) and also support signing in with Google. Keep your inbox and Google account secure, whoever controls those controls your account.
  • One person, one account. Duplicate or secondary accounts may be removed.
  • Information you put in your profile (username, age, country, bio, gender, looking-for preference, interests, and the platform username you share) must be truthful.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, stop using the account and contact us immediately.

4. YOUR PROFILE AND WHAT YOU POST

sextflirt.com does not accept photo or video uploads. Your profile picture is a Blush avatar: an illustrated adult avatar you build from options we provide. It is drawn from our own artwork, and no photo of you is used to make it.

What you publish on the Site is text and choices: your profile details, your bio, your status and mood, the comments and gifts you leave on other profiles, and the username of your account on an external platform. You're responsible for all of it. Make sure:

  • the username or social handle you share actually belongs to you;
  • your profile, bio, and status describe you honestly and don't impersonate anyone;
  • you don't publish anyone's personal information, including your own phone number, address, or payment details;
  • nothing you write advertises paid services or breaks the rules in section 5.

4.1 LICENCE YOU GIVE US

You keep ownership of the text you post. To show it on sextflirt.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, cache, display, distribute, and promote your profile, bio, status, and comments through the Site and its delivery infrastructure for as long as they are published. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already mirrored by search indexes, CDN edges, or backup systems that haven't rotated out yet.

The Blush artwork (every face, hairstyle, outfit, prop, and scene) belongs to sextflirt.com. The avatar you build is yours to use on the Site.

5. CONTENT THAT IS NOT ALLOWED

We remove, and terminate accounts for, any of the following:

  • Anything involving minors, in any form: real, animated, implied, AI-generated, or claimed to be.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including "revenge porn," leaked private content, hidden-camera material, and sexual deepfakes of real people.
  • Content promoting prostitution, escort services, sex trafficking, or human trafficking, or that would violate FOSTA-SESTA.
  • Impersonation and catfishing, using someone else's name, handles, or identity, or pretending to be a person you are not.
  • Bot and automation abuse, scripted accounts, mass-posting, bulk-created profiles, AI-generated "people" passed off as real, or any automated interaction with comments, gifts, boosts, reports, or search.
  • Scams, phishing, malware, and fraudulent links, including crypto bait, fake OnlyFans promos, and anything designed to trick other users into sending money or credentials.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
  • Illegal content of any kind, including material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

If you're unsure whether something is allowed, the answer is probably no, err on the side of not posting it.

6. HOW MODERATION WORKS

We combine automated checks with human review. Profile text is checked automatically when it's written or changed, and signals from user reports, account behaviour, and content patterns feed into moderation decisions.

  • We may remove content, hide it from search or feeds, restrict an account's ability to post or comment, or permanently terminate an account.
  • Severe violations (minor-related content, clearly illegal material, coordinated abuse) result in immediate termination with no warning or appeal.
  • Less severe violations may produce a warning first, but we aren't obligated to warn.
  • Ban evasion (creating a new account after termination) is itself a violation.

7. REPORTING

Every profile has a report button. For a comment, a status, or anything else, use our content removal form. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team and acted on case by case. Requests about intimate images shared without consent, or anything involving a minor, go to the top of the queue, and we remove the content of valid requests within 48 hours.

False, malicious, or mass reporting is itself abuse and may result in action against the reporter. For copyright takedowns specifically, use the DMCA process described on our DMCA page.

8. COMMENTS, GIFTS, STATUSES, AND LIVE CHAT

Comments and gifts you leave on a profile are public. Anything you type in a comment is visible to other users and may be cached or indexed. Your status and mood are public too, and your recent statuses stay visible in your profile's history. A comment can be deleted by its author or by the owner of the profile it was left on, and our moderation team can remove any of them.

Live chat. The Site hosts public, text-only chat rooms (currently the sext chat room) that can be used without an account. Before entering, you pick a username and confirm you are 18 or older; entering the room is your representation that this is true. Everything you type in a chat room is public: messages are visible to everyone in the room, are stored on our servers, and may be reviewed by our moderation team. There are no private messages in chat; anything you send is seen by the whole room, so never share your own or anyone else's personal or contact information there.

All of the content rules in section 5 apply in chat exactly as they apply everywhere else on the Site. In addition, in chat you may not advertise paid services, flood or spam the room, or impersonate other participants. We record limited technical data for each guest session (IP address and browser information) to keep the room usable and enforce bans, and we may mute, remove messages from, or permanently ban any guest session at our discretion, with or without warning. Ban evasion applies to chat sessions the same way it applies to accounts.

9. EXTERNAL PLATFORMS AND THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS

sextflirt.com references and links to a large number of third-party services, Snapchat, Kik, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Discord, OnlyFans, Twitch, YouTube, and others. All names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. None of these companies are affiliated with, sponsor, endorse, or have any business relationship with sextflirt.com. We mention them solely to identify where a user can be contacted or where linked content lives, which is nominative fair use.

Any external profile or directory listing we display sends you to a site operated by someone else when you click through. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We don't control what's on them or how they handle your data, you follow those links at your own risk.

Likewise, any third-party widgets embedded on the Site (for example, the DateJet widget shown on certain pages) are operated by their providers. We don't control their content or behaviour, and using them is subject to the provider's own terms.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on sextflirt.com that isn't user-submitted, the design, logo, code, layout, branding, icons, Blush avatar artwork, and editorial text on pages like Spotlight and Blog, belongs to sextflirt.com or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You can use the Site for personal, non-commercial browsing. You may not scrape it, mirror it, resell it, or build a derivative product on top of it without written permission.

11. PRIVACY

How we collect, store, and use your personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference. Using sextflirt.com means you've read it and understand what we do with your information.

12. SECTION 2257 COMPLIANCE

Members can't upload photos or videos, and profile pictures are illustrated Blush avatars, not photographs of real people. All persons depicted in visual content on sextflirt.com, including third-party previews such as the live cam listings, were over the age of 18 at the time of production. 13. DISCLAIMERS

sextflirt.com is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • the Site will be uninterrupted, bug-free, secure, or error-free;
  • the content you see is accurate, truthful, safe, or legal in your jurisdiction;
  • the identities, intentions, or behaviour of other users are what they appear to be;
  • connecting with anyone through a link on the Site will produce any particular outcome.

You use the Site, talk to other users through external platforms, and act on anything you see here entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping personal and financial information private, never sending money to strangers, and never meeting anyone in person without independent vetting.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sextflirt.com and its owners, operators, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, reputational harm, or personal injury arising out of:

  • your use of, or inability to use, the Site;
  • any content posted by other users;
  • any interaction you have with another user on or off the Site;
  • any dealings you have with external platforms we link to.

If, despite the above, we end up liable to you for any reason, our total aggregate liability for all claims combined will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD $100).

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and hold harmless sextflirt.com and anyone acting on its behalf from claims, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from: your content, your conduct on the Site, your interactions with other users, your use of any third-party platform you reached through sextflirt.com, or your breach of these Terms.

16. TERMINATION

We can suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've broken these Terms or created risk for the Site or its users. You can terminate your own account at any time from your settings. Termination ends your right to use the Site, but the sections of these Terms that are meant to survive, licences for content still live on the Site or in backups, disclaimers, liability caps, indemnities, and dispute provisions, stay in effect.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms. The version visible on this page is the current one. Material changes take effect when posted. If you keep using the Site after an update, you're agreeing to the new Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the Site and delete your account.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, and 2257 Statement, make up the full agreement between you and sextflirt.com. If any part of them is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a right once doesn't mean we've waived it forever. You can't assign your rights under these Terms to anyone else; we can assign ours as part of a business transfer.
