These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of sextflirt.com (the "Site"). By opening the Site, creating an account, or interacting with any part of it, you tell us you have read these Terms and agree to follow them. If you don't, please close the tab and move on.

We sometimes revise the Terms. When we do, the updated version replaces the previous one as soon as it's published on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new version.

1. YOU MUST BE AN ADULT

sextflirt.com is strictly for adults. You may only use the Site if you are at least 18 years old, and also at or above the age of legal majority wherever you happen to be. If adult content is illegal to access in your country, state, or region, the Site is not for you and you must leave now.

By using sextflirt.com you confirm you meet the age requirement and that viewing sexually explicit material is legal for you personally.

Zero tolerance for minors. Any image, video, caption, story, comment, or linked profile suggesting a minor is involved will be removed on sight, the account terminated without warning, and the material reported to NCMEC and relevant authorities. This is non-negotiable and unappealable.

2. WHAT SEXTFLIRT.COM ACTUALLY IS

sextflirt.com is a searchable directory where adult users share posts and point visitors to their own usernames on platforms such as Snapchat, Kik, TikTok, Telegram, OnlyFans and similar services. We are an aggregator and discovery layer. We are not:

  • a dating app, matchmaker, escort service, or introduction agency;
  • a messaging app, we do not provide private messages or chat rooms;
  • a live-streaming or broadcasting service;
  • a payment processor, marketplace, or tipping platform;
  • the provider of the external platforms or creator profiles we link to.

What happens after someone leaves sextflirt.com for an external service is entirely between those users and that service. We have no access to, or visibility into, those interactions.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

You can browse parts of the Site without an account, but posting, commenting, liking, and managing a profile require you to register.

  • We use passwordless sign-in (magic link email) and also support signing in with Google. Keep your inbox and Google account secure, whoever controls those controls your account.
  • One person, one account. Duplicate or secondary accounts may be removed.
  • Information you put in your profile (username, age, country, bio, gender, looking-for preference) must be truthful.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, stop using the account and contact us immediately.

4. YOUR POSTS AND CONTENT

When you publish a post (single image, single video, or a multi-image carousel), add a caption, tag it, or drop it into a story, you're responsible for it. Before posting, make sure:

  • the people depicted are adults, and have consented to being shown on an adult content site;
  • you have the right to publish the media, you either created it or hold a licence that allows you to;
  • the username or social handle you're promoting actually belongs to you;
  • the caption, hashtags, and tags describe the content honestly and don't mislead visitors.

Videos uploaded to sextflirt.com are transcoded and delivered via a third-party CDN (Bunny Stream). By uploading, you understand your files are processed and stored on that infrastructure so they can be played back on the Site.

4.1 LICENCE YOU GIVE US

You keep ownership of what you post. To actually show your content on sextflirt.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, cache, transcode, thumbnail, display, distribute, and promote it through the Site and its delivery infrastructure for as long as the content is published. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already mirrored by search indexes, CDN edges, or backup systems that haven't rotated out yet.

5. CONTENT THAT IS NOT ALLOWED

We remove, and terminate accounts for, any of the following:

  • Anything involving minors, in any form: real, animated, implied, AI-generated, or claimed to be.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including "revenge porn," leaked private content, hidden-camera material, and sexual deepfakes of real people.
  • Content promoting prostitution, escort services, sex trafficking, or human trafficking, or that would violate FOSTA-SESTA.
  • Impersonation and catfishing, posting someone else's photos, handles, or identity, or pretending to be a person you are not.
  • Bot and automation abuse, scripted accounts, mass-posting, bulk-created profiles, AI-generated "people" passed off as real, or any automated interaction with likes, comments, reports, or search.
  • Scams, phishing, malware, and fraudulent links, including crypto bait, fake OnlyFans promos, and anything designed to trick other users into sending money or credentials.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
  • Illegal content of any kind, including material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

If you're unsure whether something is allowed, the answer is probably no, err on the side of not posting it.

6. HOW MODERATION WORKS

We combine automated checks with human review. Images and videos are scanned when uploaded, and signals from user reports, account behaviour, and content patterns feed into moderation decisions.

  • We may remove content, hide it from search or feeds, restrict an account's ability to post or comment, or permanently terminate an account.
  • Severe violations (minor-related content, clearly illegal material, coordinated abuse) result in immediate termination with no warning or appeal.
  • Less severe violations may produce a warning first, but we aren't obligated to warn.
  • Ban evasion (creating a new account after termination) is itself a violation.

7. REPORTING

Every post and comment has a report option. Use it if something breaks these Terms. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team and acted on case by case.

False, malicious, or mass reporting is itself abuse and may result in action against the reporter. For copyright takedowns specifically, use the DMCA process described on our DMCA page.

8. LIKES, COMMENTS, AND STORIES

Likes and comments are public. Anything you type in a comment is visible to other users and may be cached or indexed. Stories are time-limited but are still public while they're live and subject to the same content rules as posts. Comments you posted can be deleted by you; a comment someone else made on your post can be reported but only the author or our moderation team can remove it.

9. EXTERNAL PLATFORMS AND THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS

sextflirt.com references and links to a large number of third-party services, Snapchat, Kik, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Discord, OnlyFans, Twitch, YouTube, and others. All names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. None of these companies are affiliated with, sponsor, endorse, or have any business relationship with sextflirt.com. We mention them solely to identify where a user can be contacted or where linked content lives, which is nominative fair use.

Any external profile or directory listing we display sends you to a site operated by someone else when you click through. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We don't control what's on them or how they handle your data, you follow those links at your own risk.

Likewise, any third-party widgets embedded on the Site (for example, the DateJet widget shown on certain pages) are operated by their providers. We don't control their content or behaviour, and using them is subject to the provider's own terms.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on sextflirt.com that isn't user-submitted, the design, logo, code, layout, branding, icons, and editorial text on pages like Spotlight and Blog, belongs to sextflirt.com or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You can use the Site for personal, non-commercial browsing. You may not scrape it, mirror it, resell it, or build a derivative product on top of it without written permission.

11. PRIVACY

How we collect, store, and use your personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference. Using sextflirt.com means you've read it and understand what we do with your information.

12. SECTION 2257 COMPLIANCE

All models, actors, and persons depicted on sextflirt.com were over the age of 18 at the time of production of the content they appear in. See our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement for our record-keeping position on user-submitted material.

13. DISCLAIMERS

sextflirt.com is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • the Site will be uninterrupted, bug-free, secure, or error-free;
  • the content you see is accurate, truthful, safe, or legal in your jurisdiction;
  • the identities, intentions, or behaviour of other users are what they appear to be;
  • connecting with anyone through a link on the Site will produce any particular outcome.

You use the Site, talk to other users through external platforms, and act on anything you see here entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping personal and financial information private, never sending money to strangers, and never meeting anyone in person without independent vetting.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sextflirt.com and its owners, operators, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, reputational harm, or personal injury arising out of:

If, despite the above, we end up liable to you for any reason, our total aggregate liability for all claims combined will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD $100).

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and hold harmless sextflirt.com and anyone acting on its behalf from claims, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from: your content, your conduct on the Site, your interactions with other users, your use of any third-party platform you reached through sextflirt.com, or your breach of these Terms.

16. TERMINATION

We can suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you've broken these Terms or created risk for the Site or its users. You can terminate your own account at any time from your settings. Termination ends your right to use the Site, but the sections of these Terms that are meant to survive, licences for content still live on the Site or in backups, disclaimers, liability caps, indemnities, and dispute provisions, stay in effect.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms. The version visible on this page is the current one. Material changes take effect when posted. If you keep using the Site after an update, you're agreeing to the new Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the Site and delete your account.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, and 2257 Statement, make up the full agreement between you and sextflirt.com. If any part of them is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a right once doesn't mean we've waived it forever. You can't assign your rights under these Terms to anyone else; we can assign ours as part of a business transfer.
