This statement addresses the application of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations (28 C.F.R. Part 75) to content that appears on sextflirt.com.

sextflirt.com does not accept photo or video uploads from its members, and profile pictures on the Site are illustrated Blush avatars, not photographs. All persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct that appears on sextflirt.com, including previews supplied by third-party platforms, were over the age of 18 at the time the content was created. sextflirt.com does not knowingly host or permit any content that depicts minors in any context, and any such content is removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.

1. SCOPE OF THIS STATEMENT

sextflirt.com is where adults find people to sext with. What appears on the Site falls into two groups:

member profiles: text, a platform username, and a Blush avatar;
previews, thumbnails, and links referring to content that lives on third-party platforms, including the live cam streams listed in our cams section.

This 2257 statement covers both and explains where legal record-keeping responsibility lies.

2. MEMBER PROFILES AND BLUSH AVATARS

Members can't upload photos or videos. A member's profile picture is a Blush avatar: an illustration that sextflirt.com draws from its own artwork, using options the member picks. Blush avatars are not photographs, do not depict real people, and contain no nudity or sexually explicit conduct, so they fall outside the scope of § 2257.

The rest of a profile is text: a username, a bio, a status, comments, and the username of the member's account on an external platform. Content on those external platforms is covered in section 3.

3. LINKED AND REFERENCED THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Parts of sextflirt.com refer visitors to external platforms, including but not limited to Snapchat, Kik, TikTok, Telegram, OnlyFans, Instagram, Discord, WhatsApp, Twitch, and YouTube. When a user shares a handle on one of these platforms, or when an editorial listing links to a profile on another service, sextflirt.com is merely identifying the third-party destination. We do not host, store, or control the content that lives on those external platforms, and we are not the producer of that content for § 2257 purposes.

The live cams section shows previews and thumbnails supplied by third-party cam platforms, which produce, host, and operate those streams.

Record-keeping for content on third-party platforms is the responsibility of the original producer and the platform that hosts it, in accordance with that platform's own compliance procedures.

4. OUR ROLE AND LEGAL POSITION

sextflirt.com operates as an online service that transmits, routes, stores, and displays member profiles and third-party material. In the statutory taxonomy of 28 C.F.R. Part 75, sextflirt.com does not "produce" sexually explicit content within the meaning of § 2257; its activities with respect to member and third-party material are limited to the kind of transmission, hosting, and display functions that the regulation expressly excludes from the definition of production.

Notwithstanding this, as a matter of policy sextflirt.com:

does not accept photo or video uploads from members;
checks profile text automatically and has every report reviewed by a person, to detect and remove anything that may involve minors;
cooperates with law enforcement in investigations relating to suspected exploitation of minors;
reports any such material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with applicable law.

5. REPORTING CONTENT THAT MAY VIOLATE THESE REQUIREMENTS

If you believe that any content on sextflirt.com depicts a person who was under 18 at the time of production, or that any content has been published in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, please act immediately using one of the following channels:

Use the report button shown on the profile to flag it for our moderation team.
Use our content removal form and choose "Content involving a minor". These requests go to the top of the queue.

Do not attempt to investigate or preserve such content yourself. Our moderation team will remove reported material and escalate it to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC where required.
