This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use sextflirt.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It applies to everything under the sextflirt.com domain and is part of our Terms of Service.

By using the Site, you agree to the handling of your information described here. If any of it isn't acceptable to you, please stop using the Site and, if you have an account, delete it from your settings.

1. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect three kinds of information: what you give us directly, what we generate when you use the Site, and what our infrastructure providers log automatically.

Information you give us directly:

Your email address, when you sign up for a magic-link account.
Your Google account identifier and basic Google profile (name, email, avatar), if you choose to sign in with Google.
Your profile details: username, age, country, gender, what you're looking for, bio text, and profile photo.
Content you upload: photos, videos, carousel posts, stories, captions, hashtags, and any tags you attach to them.
Comments and likes you post.
Reports you submit about other users or content.

Information we generate automatically when you use the Site:

Posts you viewed, liked, or commented on, including timestamps and the post's view count.
Search queries typed into our search bar and the tags you filter by.
Session activity, such as sign-in times and the last time you visited.
Moderation signals, such as whether a piece of your content was flagged or removed.

Information our infrastructure providers log automatically:

Your IP address and rough geographic location derived from it.
Your device and browser information (user agent, language, screen size).
HTTP logs (which pages you requested, when, and response status) kept by our hosting and CDN providers for security and debugging.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information above to:

create your account, authenticate you, and keep you signed in;
display your profile, posts, stories, and comments to other users of the Site;
power search, browsing, tags, and activity feeds so users can discover content;
transcode, host, and deliver your videos and images through our media pipeline;
moderate the Site: detect abuse, enforce our Terms, review reports, and remove content that breaks the rules;
operate and troubleshoot the Site (logging, analytics, performance monitoring, security);
communicate with you when necessary (for example, to answer a support request or tell you about changes to these policies);
comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal requests.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent mailing lists, and we do not run behavioural advertising profiles on you.

3. WHEN WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH OTHERS

Most of what happens on sextflirt.com is public by design. Profiles, posts, stories, likes, and comments are visible to anyone who visits the Site, and may be indexed by search engines. If you don't want something visible, don't post it.

Beyond that, we share information only in these situations:

With service providers who run the infrastructure we depend on, listed in section 4. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms and may only use it to deliver the service we asked them for.
With moderation and safety partners if we need help investigating abuse or illegal content.
With law enforcement when we receive a valid legal request, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe there is an imminent risk to a person's life or safety.
With a successor if sextflirt.com is sold, merged, or transferred to new ownership, in which case we'll ensure the new owner inherits the same privacy commitments.
In anonymised or aggregated form for statistics, research, or reporting, where the data cannot be tied back to you.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WE RELY ON

Running sextflirt.com requires a number of specialised providers. Each one sees only the data it needs to do its job.

Supabase, our authentication and database provider, stores your email, Google identifier, hashed session tokens, and the profile and content you create.
Bunny Stream and Bunny CDN transcode and deliver your videos and images; they see the file contents, file metadata, and the IP addresses of viewers requesting them.
S3-compatible object storage hosts uploaded images before and after processing.
Typesense powers on-site search; it stores a search index of public usernames, captions, and hashtags so queries resolve quickly.
Google Analytics (GA4 property G-ZZ9RHLQHRX) collects anonymised pageview and navigation data so we can see what's being used and fix what isn't.
Google OAuth handles the "Sign in with Google" flow for users who choose it.

This list may change as we swap providers. The categories, however, will stay the same: auth, storage, CDN/video, search, analytics.

5. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND TRACKING

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage mechanisms, kept to what the Site actually needs:

Session cookies set by Supabase to keep you signed in.
CSRF and Livewire cookies required for the Site to submit forms and update pages safely.
Google Analytics cookies that assign an anonymous ID to your browser so we can count visits and track which features are used. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising personalisation.

You can block or delete any of these through your browser's settings, but parts of the Site (especially sign-in and anything that requires a form submission) will stop working if you block the essentials.

We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not track you across unrelated websites.

6. HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR DATA

Your account data, posts, comments, and moderation records live in our managed Supabase database, behind TLS in transit and industry-standard encryption at rest. Uploaded media is served over HTTPS from Bunny CDN.

We restrict access to internal tools and admin dashboards to the small number of people who actually need it to operate and moderate the Site. Passwords are not stored at all (sign-in is passwordless or delegated to Google).

No internet service is ever perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee your information is completely safe from a determined attacker. What we can do is apply reasonable technical and organisational measures and respond promptly if something goes wrong.

7. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

We keep your account and content for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account:

Profile information and your uploaded content are removed from public-facing pages within a short period.
Our search index drops your content on its next rebuild cycle.
Backups and cached copies on the CDN will rotate out over time, typically within 30 days.
Moderation records related to Terms violations, plus information we are legally required to retain, may be kept longer.

Log data (IP addresses, HTTP logs) kept by our hosting and analytics providers follows their own retention schedules and typically rotates within weeks to a few months.

8. YOUR RIGHTS OVER YOUR DATA

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal data. These commonly include the right to:

Access the data we hold about you;
Correct information that's inaccurate or incomplete;
Delete your account and associated personal data;
Export a copy of your data in a portable format;
Object to or restrict certain uses of your data;
Withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent;
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

You can exercise the most common rights, including deletion, directly from your account settings on the Site. For anything you can't do from settings, use the contact form linked in the footer and we'll get back to you. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, to protect the account from impersonation.

9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

sextflirt.com and most of the providers listed in section 4 operate from data centres outside the country where you live, including in the United States and the European Union. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in jurisdictions whose privacy laws may differ from your own. Where we transfer data out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the standard safeguards offered by our providers, including standard contractual clauses where appropriate.

10. CHILDREN

sextflirt.com is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and accounts suspected of belonging to a minor are terminated on sight. If you believe a child has submitted information to the Site, contact us and we will delete it.

Nothing on sextflirt.com is directed at, marketed to, or intended for children in any way.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version on this page is always the current one, with the "Last updated" date at the top reflecting the most recent change. Material changes take effect as soon as they are published. If you continue to use the Site after an update, you're accepting the new version. If you don't agree, stop using the Site and, if you have an account, delete it.
